Octavio Lopez Compeseco owns and operates Finca El Duranzo in the highlands of Huhuetenango. Growing only coffee on 6.24 manzanas of land, Octavio harvests caturra , catuai and pache varieties. the coffee is depulped the day it is picked, dry fermented for 24hrs, and then washed clean. We are enjoying flavors of Panela, fresh green grape, and caramel with a juicy acidity and syrupy sweetness.
